Your rights to the files
Existing product and third-party licences/notices remain in force; these purchase terms do not replace them with a blanket no-resale restriction. Original playbook and agent materials carry non-exclusive, perpetual permission to use, copy, adapt and redistribute, including commercially, with the retained notice and clear distinction of modifications. Read the preserved playbook licence and agent licence.
External source content, software, fonts, trademarks and model services remain subject to their own rights and terms; references do not sublicense them or imply endorsement. These licences do not buy a model subscription, another product or a managed service. The calculator operative licence is UNKNOWN pending the product-specific rights audit; do not replace beta permissions or release it until settled.
Use and support
Check requirements and FAQ before buying. You supply accurate inputs and verify outputs. Examples are fictional and instructions do not sandbox tools or guarantee model behavior. No savings, earnings, universal fitness or autonomous revenue generation is promised.
Basic file/product help lasts 30 days from first file availability, with a two-business-day response target, not a guarantee. No custom installation, consulting, managed workflow or business outcomes included.
Delivery, problems and mandatory rights
See delivery and refunds for private links, access expiry and remedies. No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered, but defective/inaccessible products, duplicate charges and mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
Materials are supplied subject to their preserved licence disclaimers and applicable mandatory law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No new blanket liability cap, forced arbitration or legal approval is asserted.
