After verified payment
The intended service emails a private link to the payer email recorded by Stripe after authoritative paid confirmation. No access is granted just because you reach a success URL or know an order reference. Delivery is link-only, not ZIP email attachments. Immediate delivery is the target; delayed payments or provider outages may delay confirmation. Hosted receipt and download proof remain unverified; this draft cannot accept purchases.
24-hour links. 30-day access.
Each download link is one-use and expires no later than 24 hours after issuance or the original access expiry, whichever is sooner. The 30-day download and basic-help window starts at first actual file availability, not payment if availability is delayed. Renewing a link does not reset that window; access ends at the recorded expiry time.
There is no compulsory buyer account. A preview by an email scanner should not use up your download; deliberate download redemption is required. Save your downloaded files securely. Hosted access expiry does not erase already-downloaded files or revoke existing licence permissions.
If no completed download has been confirmed after three days from first availability, the intended service sends a fresh-link transactional reminder within the same window. It suppresses reminders after completed download, refund or expiry as applicable. A completion acknowledgment means receipt of bytes, not a guarantee you saved them to disk.
Lost, expired or wrong links
Check your spam folder, then contact locallaunchupstate@gmail.com. During the original window we can help renew access after proportionate purchase verification. Do not forward access links or send payment credentials. Knowing an order number/email alone is not enough to change the recipient or obtain somebody else's files. Expiry does not remove remedies for a defective or undelivered purchase.
Refund policy and remedies
No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered for these downloads. This does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective/inaccessible or wrongly delivered products, non-delivery or duplicate charges. Contact us with the product and a concise problem description; Zach handles decisions/escalations. Where applicable we will correct access or the product, or provide the refund/remedy required by law. No blanket 'all sales final' waiver applies.
A successful full refund stops future hosted access to the refunded product; it does not revoke lawful permissions already granted for delivered files. A pending or failed refund is not completed reimbursement. Timing of money returning depends on the payment provider and bank.
Partial-refund access handling is UNKNOWN pending the owner's exact SKU-specific policy and implementation. This must be resolved before sales; other paid products must not silently lose access. No automatic refund authority is granted by this draft.
